Methods and Delivery

Shipping Methods & Delivery Policy

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via standard commercial carriers, including UPS, FedEx, or specialized motor freight.

  • Address Classification: It is the customer's responsibility to notify us during checkout if the delivery address is classified as residential. Motor freight carriers frequently impose additional surcharges for residential deliveries, liftgate requirements, or limited-access areas. Failure to disclose a residential delivery address may result in delayed shipment or additional billing post-delivery.

  • Tracking and Transit: Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number and carrier details will be provided via email. Estimated delivery windows are approximations and are subject to carrier delays beyond our control.

Freight Claims, Shortages, and Damage Policy

We take great care in packaging your orders, but transit damage can occasionally occur. Please read the following instructions carefully, as your signature on the delivery receipt transfers liability to you.

1. Inspection Upon Arrival

Before signing the carrier's delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL), you must thoroughly inspect the exterior of all packages for signs of damage, punctures, crushing, or tampering.

2. Actions for Damaged Shipments

  • Refusing the Shipment: If a shipment arrives with severe, visible damage, you have the right to refuse the delivery. If you choose to refuse it, do not sign for the goods. Notify our Customer Support team immediately so we can initiate a replacement order or credit.

  • Accepting a Damaged Shipment: If the damage is minor or cosmetic, and you choose to accept the shipment, you must explicitly note the exact nature of the shortage or damage on the driver’s Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing your name. Take clear digital photographs of the damaged packaging and product immediately.

3. Transfer of Liability & Strict Deadlines

CRITICAL NOTE: Once you sign the Bill of Lading without noting any discrepancies, you accept the product in "good condition." After acceptance, the legal responsibility to file a claim for concealed damage or loss shifts entirely to the customer.

  • The 24-Hour Window: No claims for shortages, transit damage, or defects will be honored, processed, or credited by our company if reported more than 24 hours after the logged delivery time. Please review your contents immediately upon receipt.

Order Processing, Rates & Regional Solutions

  • Processing Timeframes: Standard orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays). Custom orders or high-volume freight may require extended lead times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping Cost Calculation: Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on total shipment weight, dimensions, destination zone, and the selected delivery service level.

  • Domestic & International Logistics: We offer a versatile range of logistics solutions to meet your deadline and budget requirements. For domestic shipments, options range from standard ground delivery to expedited overnight freight. International orders are handled via major global carriers and may be subject to local customs clearance, import duties, and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Service Interruptions: While we partner with reliable carriers, delivery schedules are subject to potential interruptions caused by severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, labor disputes, or national holidays. We are not liable for transit delays resulting from these third-party disruptions, but our team will assist you in tracking and resolving delayed shipments whenever possible.

  • International orders require payment via wire transfer at time of order. Email or call for further details to place order internationally.
